Joint Mobilization

Joint mobilization is a type of manual therapy. It involves the passive movement of specific joints using the skilled application of force, direction, and technique. Sometimes, a joint can become irritated, swollen, or misaligned as a result of injury, stress, poor posture, repetitive movement, or even as a result of age-related wear and tear. When this happens, the joint may not move correctly and become stiff and painful.
IASTM

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) is a manual physical therapy technique, performed by therapists using special plastic or metal tools to gently move and scrape against the skin. This special instruments can effectively break down fascial (connective tissue) restrictions and scar tissue across the body.
Cupping technique

Cupping can sometimes be described as a “tissue distraction release” technique. During the cupping process, the cups are glided across different areas of the body in order to lift and separate tissue. This works to enhance the release of the interfaces between the neural tissues, fascia, skin, ligaments, muscles, and tendons. It relaxes muscles, releases trigger points, improves lymphatic flow, increases local circulation, and releases scar tissue adhesion.
Myofascial Release

When your muscles constrict and become tight, your mobility of the affected area becomes restricted, and any movements you make can result in pain. This treatment reverses this sensation by loosening up the constricted area, thus promoting easier mobility and less pain. This treatment can provide relief for a multitude of conditions.
Stretches

Stretching techniques for improving flexibility have evolved over many years and a variety of approaches, from static stretching (stretching a muscle and holding the position) to proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) that involves alternating contracting and stretching of muscles to increase their length
Deep tissue technique

A deep tissue massage is an excellent way to relieve sore, aching muscles and to promote faster recovery from injuries.
