Satoru graduated from JART in 2013 and has been practicing massage with a focus on sports ever since. After moving to Sydney Australia, he completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage at The Australasian College of Natural Therapies. He started working at Sports and Deep tissue Pty,Ltd. since 2016. He also completed 10 months of training before gaining the title of Remedial Therapist.

Satoru is a long distance trail runner and has participated in many races all over the globe. This passion, as well as his resistance training regime, has in turn led him to personally experience many of the injuries associated with extreme fitness goals, giving him further insight into his work in sports therapies.

His most recent accomplishment was the completion of his Certificate 3 in Fitness, which has only added to his knowledge of human functional anatomy, various sporting injuries, and exercise science.
